Morgan Herbst, a junior at Carlsbad High in California, ran the No. 2 time in San Diego Section history in the girls invitational 300-meter hurdles by clocking 41.45 seconds at the 56th Arcadia Invitational at Arcadia High in California. Herbst also helped Carlsbad clock 3:52.99 to finish fourth in the seeded 4x400-meter relay.
